- Our rooms are usually ready for occupation by noon, so this time will be deemed
to be the cut-off point for any cancellations. (example - two rooms with scheduled
arrival on a Monday should be cancelled before noon on the previous Friday to avoid
any potential charges)
- You should advise any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation to the
Hotel management in the first instance verbally, and then in writing by You.
- In all cases, the Hotel will try to re-let the accommodation, and any income received
from the re-let rooms will be fully deducted from the cancellation charge. If the
re-letting of the accommodation does not fully cover the cancellation charge, an
account for the remaining amount will be sent to You immediately after the last
scheduled day of the cancelled accommodation.
- So as to be fair to You, the Hotel applies a percentage to its cancellation charges.
These are 90% of all contracted accommodation revenue including room hire, and 65%
of all contracted food and beverage revenue, being our loss of profit
We may cancel your booking at any time and without any obligation to you if: the
hotel or any part of the hotel is closed due to circumstances beyond our control,
you fail to meet the deposit terms required with the booking, you have exceeded
any agreed credit facilities with us, or we believe your booking might prejudice
the reputation of our hotel.
